About the role
We are looking to fulfil a brand new role at e-bate as part of our Customer Success team expansion.
The CX Technician will be responsible for completing customer data tasks, ultimately inputting all data into our database, setting up standard reporting and configuring customer dashboards.
The role will be customer facing and handle day to day problem solving.
This is not an IT support role.
What we need from you
Applicants must be comfortable with SQL programming and have some experience of reporting tools such as Tableu and Power BI with knowledge and experience of Quicksights, which is essential for this role.
You’ll need to have at least 1 year of experience in a data cleansing/manipulation role and have the ability to write quality SQI.
You’ll be liaising directly with our clients so you’ll need to be happy to communicate with people at all levels, with a professional and friendly approach, and the ability to troubleshoot their problems to find a resolution.
We will need you to be a problem solver with creative answers to the issues at hand. It would be great if you enjoyed drilling down into the detail, using your logical skills and working independently after clear instruction.
