Calculation types

Standard % Of Turnover

Basic % rebate calculation eg £1,000 x 2.5% = £25 rebate

​Standard Value Per Unit
Basic £ rebate per item purchased eg 5 x £2.50 = £12.50 rebate
Tiered % of Turnover (Retro)

​% rebate calculation where the % rebate variable dependant on the achievement of different levels of sales eg

Sales         Rebate
£1,000       2.0%
£5,000      4.0%
£10,000     6.0%

So if total sales were £7,500 then rebate would be £7,500 x 4.0% = £300

Tiered % of Turnover
(Non Retro)

% rebate calculation where the % rebate variable dependant on the achievement of different levels of sales but rebate is paid on each level individually eg

Sales         Rebate
£1,000       2.0%
£5,000      4.0%
£10,000     6.0%

So if total sales were £7,500 then rebate would be
£1,000 x 0.0% – £0
£4,000 x 2.0% = £20
£2,500 x 4.0% = £100

Rebate = £120

Tiered Value per Unit (Retro)

​£ per unit rebate calculation where the £ rebate is variable dependant on the achievement of different levels of Qty sales eg

Sales      Rebate
100         £2.00
500        £4.00
1,000      £6.00

So if total Qty sales were 750 then rebate would be 750 x £4.00 = £3,000

Tiered Value per Unit
(Non Retro)

“£ per unit rebate calculation where the £ rebate is variable dependant on the achievement of different levels of Qty sales but rebate is paid on each level individually eg

Sales      Rebate
100         £2.00
500        £4.00
1,000      £6.00

So if total sales were 750 then rebate would be
100 x £0.00 = £0
400 x £2.00 = £800
250 x £4.00 = £1,000

Rebate = £1,800″

Growth % of Turnover
The same as Tiered % of Turnover (Retro) but instead of entering £ sales levels you can enter a % growth value over the previous year
Growth Value per Unit
The same as Tiered % of Turnover (Retro) but instead of entering £ sales levels you can enter a % growth value over the previous year
Product Level %

Uses the standard % rebate calculation with a special screen allowing the user to specify different rates by individual products

Product Level Value

Uses the standard value per unit rebate calculation with a special screen allowing the user to specify different rates by individual products

Product Level FOC

Allows the calculation of Buy X Get Y Free deals based on the value of the Y products given free
