Our client is a buying and marketing co-operative of independent wholesale members across the UK. A single point of contact with their suppliers, our client uses combined buying power to negotiate the best pricing and availability for their members.
A nationwide buying group, our client was processing all their rebates using manual spreadsheets, which was a labour intensive task for their teams. With close to 100 members and 100 suppliers, the buying group were processing millions of pounds of rebates each month. Rebate deals were difficult to track and analyse, with limited visibility of how their members were achieving against complex deals with suppliers. They knew things had to change and shopped around in the rebate management software market. After comparing providers, they

The e-bate overrider report was also a huge positive for the client as this provides the ability to set up complex overriders with configurable criteria, along with major reporting outputs.

This includes full visibility of rebate deals, tracking performance and reporting on outputs, providing enhanced earning power for mutual growth, with greater targeting. Relationships with suppliers and members are now more transparent too.
