Role Brief:

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant with a proven track record, impressive client handling skills and a strategic approach.  You will be responsible for developing and executing key sales strategies, tactics, and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.

The ideal candidate must be confident, ambitious and self-motivated, who can join our team as an Internal Sales Executive to help expand our customer base in line with our business plans.  You must be results driven and prepared to take the initiative, whilst adopting e-Bate’s values. You must have effective communication skills as this is a customer facing role.

The successful candidate will be driven, passionate and IT savvy, they will have a resilient approach to business development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working with our CEO & CRO you will develop strategic sales plans to expand e-Bate’s customer base
  • Own, achieve (and plan to exceed!) annual sales targets
  • Take a consultative approach to clients, to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Manage and maintain our CRM to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
  • Present proposals to clients’ Senior Execs outlining how the e-Bate solution can add value and change their way of thinking
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the e-Bate value proposition through proposals, demonstrations, and presentations

What Is Required:

  • Self-motivated, consultative sales exec and agile thinker
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Able to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • A proven track record in selling technology, finance software would be a bonus
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • SaaS software experience
